- All shipments are handled exclusively by UPS, ensuring secure and efficient delivery.
- Customs and Taxes: Orders shipped to European Union countries may incur customs taxes, especially in France, Italy, and Spain. These charges are beyond our control and are determined by your country’s customs regulations.

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
Returns & Exchanges
- Due to customs regulations and shipping complexities, we no longer accept returns or exchanges, except for orders within the UK and European Union (under the 14-day EU cooling-off rule).
- Please ensure your order details (e.g., size, color, etc.) are accurate before completing your purchase.
Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 3 hours of purchase. Beyond this timeframe, cancellations will not be processed as the order may already be in production.
Additional Notes
- Orders are dispatched during business days only. No shipments are made on weekends or public holidays.
- Once shipped, a tracking number will be provided, allowing you to monitor your package directly on the UPS website.
