Shipping Details

  • We no longer offer free shipping.
  • All shipments are handled exclusively by UPS, ensuring secure and efficient delivery.
  • Customs and Taxes: Orders shipped to European Union countries may incur customs taxes, especially in France, Italy, and Spain. These charges are beyond our control and are determined by your country’s customs regulations.

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to customs regulations and shipping complexities, we no longer accept returns or exchanges, except for orders within the UK and European Union (under the 14-day EU cooling-off rule).
  • Please ensure your order details (e.g., size, color, etc.) are accurate before completing your purchase.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 3 hours of purchase. Beyond this timeframe, cancellations will not be processed as the order may already be in production.

Additional Notes

  • Orders are dispatched during business days only. No shipments are made on weekends or public holidays.
  • Once shipped, a tracking number will be provided, allowing you to monitor your package directly on the UPS website.

Important Shipping Tips

  • Upon Delivery: Please inspect the package carefully. Do not accept delivery if the box is damaged or appears tampered with.
  • Insurance: AngeliosJewelry fully insures all shipments at no extra cost to the customer.
