Return & Refund Policy

Returns Policy Update

We no longer accept returns, except as required under the European Union 14-day cooling-off period, due to the following:

  • Our production is based in Turkey, leading to high international shipping fees and customs processes that we cannot bypass. Additionally, we are unable to collect packages returned internationally due to these restrictions.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.

To qualify for a return under this policy:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags intact and in its original packaging.
  • You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will work with you to evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for the following:

  • Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items).
  • Sale items or gift cards.
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
