Refund Policy
At AngeliosJewelry, we offer a 14-day return policy to European countries, and 7 days to everywhere else, ensuring you have two weeks from the day you receive your item to initiate a return.
To qualify for a return, items must be in the condition you received them: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
To begin a return process, please reach out to us at angeliousge@gmail.com. Upon acceptance of your return, we will provide all necessary details and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note, returns without prior request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your order, please inspect the items right away. If you find any defects, damage, or if you've received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can assess the situation and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned. This includes perishable goods (food, flowers, plants), custom products (special orders, personalized items), and personal care goods (beauty products). Returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases are also not accepted. If you have any concerns regarding your specific item, please get in touch.
Exchanges
For the quickest exchange, return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will inform you whether the refund was approved. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Note that processing times for refunds can vary, so please allow your bank or credit card company some time to complete the transaction.
