At AngeliosJewelry, we aim to provide the best customer experience possible. However, due to the complexities of international shipping, customs regulations, and our production country being Turkey, we have updated our refund and return policy.
Returns & Refunds Policy
- We offer a 14-day return policy only to European Union countries, as required under the EU's cooling-off rule.
- Returns and refunds are no longer accepted for other regions due to high international shipping fees, customs procedures, and difficulties in package handling.
To qualify for a return under the EU cooling-off period:
- The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
To initiate a return, please contact us at angeliousge@gmail.com. Upon acceptance of your request, we will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
- Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
- Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your package.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for the following:
- Custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items).
- Sale items or gift cards.
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants).
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
If you have concerns about a specific item, please contact us before making a purchase.
Exchanges
Due to updated policies, we no longer accept exchanges. Please ensure your order details are correct before completing your purchase.
Refund Process
If your return is approved under the EU cooling-off rule:
- We will inspect the returned item upon receipt.
- Once approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
